the work is operated by Sykes Signs Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), an Australian company. These Terms govern your access to and use of the work's application, website, and mobile apps (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by staff you invite to your organization.
New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no payment method required. After the trial, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
You retain ownership of the business, job, customer, and financial data you enter into the Service. We access it only to provide and support the Service, or as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to store your customers' information in the Service and for complying with your own obligations to them.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another organization's data, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including QuickBooks and Stripe. Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms. We aren't responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, don't pay outstanding fees, or where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll let you know of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be handled in the courts of Australia.
